Members:

Total number of cast and crew: 11 + optional dancers
1 Conductor (optional), 7 Black Forest Band, 1 Deb Misener Jones, 1 or 2 Zigge Zagges, 1 Crew
Optional: Dancers 4-6

Note: the backline (guitar, drums, bass) will need to be set up stage left.


Backline Requirements (to be supplied by the symphony):

Mics: 7 vocal mics in total; 2 wireless, handheld mics; 4 boom stands.

Electric Piano/Keyboard: 1 RD 700 keyboard or Yamaha P200, 250 or CP300; with X stand; stool and pedal.

Drums: 5-piece set of drums with all hardware and cymbals.

Bass Amp: 1 bass amp.

Guitar Amps: 1 Fender (Twin) amp.

Other: 1 x 6' table


Orchestration:

Piccolo (Optional. Perhaps the flute player can look at the parts and decide which suits better)
Flute 1 & 2

Bassoon 1& 2
Horn 1 & 2
Trumpet 1 & 2

Accommodations:
5 double rooms, 1 single room; or 11 single rooms; plus rooms for optional dancers

Dressing Rooms:
Secured dressing rooms for male and female performers with mirrors and access to a power supply.

Meals:
Hot meals, beverages (water, soft drinks, tea, coffee), and dessert per member, per rehearsal and/or show.
